Refund and Returns Policy

At Alluahomes, we want you to have a great shopping experience. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns and refunds. Here’s what you need to know:

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition you got it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

After we get your returned item and check it, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, we’ll process your refund and it will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@alluahomes.com with details and pictures of the issue.

You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping for returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Non-returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to appear. If you’ve done these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at support@alluahomes.com.
